What are Bonsai?
Bonsai are miniaturized trees grown in shallow pots, which are trained to have a pleasing shape.

What keeps Bonsai small?
The small pot, the controlled amount of nourishment, the frequent nipping or trimming of new shoots.

How big will a Bonsai grow?
As big as you let it. The bigger the pot, the bigger the tree. If you let new shoots grow longer before nipping them your Bonsai will increase in size.

Are Bonsai easy to grow?

What are airplants?
Airplants are exotic plants from Central and South America. They are low care (but definitely not no care) plants. There are many different varieties and all have long lasting flowers. They are members of the pineapple family, Bromeliaceae.
You can mount them onto wood, shells, rocks, punga logs or trees to make decorations or gifts. Use PVA glue and secure with a rubber band until set. You can even use a hot glue gun, just let it cool a little before you poke the plant into it.

How big to they grow?
Tillandsias are slow growing and most will gradually form clumps. These can be up to the size of a football, depending on the variety.
Clumps, may be divided. Offshoots develop after flowering, producing several new plants.
